Client Requirements:
Demolition of five buildings and two bays of an existing building and the erection of two new warehouses and an extension to existing pallet store.

• Undertaking a measured survey of site.
• Producing scheme drawings for client approval.
• Checking third party reports and amending as necessary.
• Preparing all documents for a planning application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Producing CGIs for the project.
