Our Role
• Producing several drawings for Client approval, including; overall building scheme layout, good in / out pod office plans, office floor plans and site plan.
• Attending design team meetings.
• Updating drawings accordingly.
• Producing information ready for tender including; warehouse layouts, goods in / out pods layouts, office ground and first floor layouts, site plan, roof access ladder details.
• Updating drawings to suit design team meeting requirements.
• Providing general architectural support.
• Commenting on base build drawings and M & E drawings.
• Snagging of works on site.
