• Undertaking measured survey of specific areas.
• Producing scheme drawings.
• Collating a tender package including schedule of works, form of tender and drawings.
• Preparing a building regulations application and submitting to Approved Inspector for approval.
• Producing setting out drawings for Structural Engineer.
• Producing full working drawings.
• Inspecting works on site.
• Attending regular design team meetings.
• Producing As Built drawings.
