• Undertaking measured survey of unit.
• Producing scheme drawings.
• Preparing a planning application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Producing full working drawings.
• Producing Pre Construction Information Pack for works to comply with CDM Regulations.
• Preparing a building regulations application and submitting to Approved Inspector for approval.
• Regularly attending meetings with Clients and Contractor.
• Setting up project on site with Main Contractor.
• Regularly inspecting works on site.
• Attending site and snagging works.
