Proposed over clad of existing building together with demolition of 50% of existing internal office block and demolition of external adjacent store area and a Change of Use from B2 to B1, B2 and B8.

• Undertaking measured survey of existing unit.
• Producing scheme drawings.
• Preparing a change of use planning application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Collating and issuing a tender package including schedule of works, form of tender and drawings.
• Preparing a building regulations application and submitting to Approved Inspector for approval.
• Producing full working drawings.
• Checking contractors details and amending as necessary.
• Chairing site meetings.
• Inspecting works on site.
• Snagging all works.
• Producing As Built drawings.
