• Gaining a topographical survey of the existing site.
• Preparing a planning application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Preparing a building regulations application and submitting to Approved Inspector for approval.
• Chairing pre-contract meeting.
• Regularly inspecting works on site.
• Preparing a non material amendment application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Producing full working drawings.
• Preparing a removal of conditions application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Producing As Built drawings.
