• Collating a tender package including schedule of works, form of tender and drawings.
• Preparing a discharge of conditions application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Producing building regulations application and submitting to Approved Inspectors for approval.
• Preparing and submitting incoming services.
• Producing As Built drawings.
