• Preparing a pre planning application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Collating a tender package including schedule of works, form of tender and drawings.
• Sending out for competitive tender.
• Producing full working drawings.
• Producing 3d visualisation of new building.
• Checking Contractors details and amending as necessary.
• Regularly inspecting works on site.
• Attending site and snagging all works.
• Producing As Built drawings.
