Client Requirements:
Erection of 2 No. units within class use A3, Erection of 1 No. unit for class use A1 and associated works including car parking, cycle stands and 2m high boundary fencing and the provision of new car parking spaces to serve Building 92.
Our Role
• Producing scheme drawings for 4 new retail units.
• Producing planning drawings for others.
• Amending drawings to show 3 new retail units.
• Producing general building specifications for all 3 new retail units.
• Producing full working drawings.
• Preparing a building regulations application and submitting to Approved Inspector for approval.
• Producing CGI images for marketing purposes.
• Checking Contractors details and amending as necessary.
• Liaising with new incoming tenants.
• Chairing meetings and agreeing issues on site.
• Contract administration for the works.
