Our Role
• Producing scheme drawings for client approval.
• Collating a tender package including schedule of works, form of tender and drawings.
• Issuing for competitive tender.
• Producing and submitting building regulations application to Approved inspectors.
• Preparing a full planning application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Chairing meetings on site.
• Completing applications to Local Authority for discharge of conditions and removal of condition.
• Producing As Built drawings.
