Our Role
• Producing scheme drawings for client approval.
• Preparing all documentation for a planning application and submitting to Local Authority for approval.
• Producing full working drawings.
• Collating and issuing a tender package including schedule of works, form of tender, drawings and pre-construction information pack.
• Chairing site meetings.
• Preparing a building regulations application and submitting to Local Approved Inspector for approval.
• Liaising with third party consultants and agreeing necessary details to commence on site.
• Producing CGIs for the project.
